Pre-school Programs

16 months to 4 years
Pre-school gymnastics classes are a great way for little ones to take the first step towards physical literacy, interact with each other, and develop social skills.

Beginner Programs

4 and 5 year olds
Kids will learn to move confidently by practicing the ABC’s of physical literacy; Agility, Balance, Coordination & Speed.

Girls Programs

6 – 14 years old
Our recreation classes offer fundamental gymnastics training where girls can creatively explore, practice, and increase their self-confidence.

Pre-school Programs

16 months to 4 years
Pre-school gymnastics classes are a great way for little ones to take the first step towards physical literacy, interact with each other, and develop social skills.
